DICKSONS drugstore was founded February of 2008 in San Fernando, Pampanga and was primarily designed to help augment Alphamed's business with the "BOTIKA ng BAYAN" program of the government. The main aim of the drugstore is to provide quality, affordable medicines to the people of Pampanga. In May of 2009, the drugstore was transferred to Balibago in Angeles city and took on the theme "PRO-WOMAN" as it aimed to cater to the predominantly female population of the area. Dicksons is now well entrenched in that particular area and provides midwife advisory to its customers.

AMTOL Pharma Imports Inc was founded on February 11, 2008. The Bureau of Food and Drugs approved our License to Operate as Drug Importer/Distributor on August 11, 2008

AMTOL PHARMA IMPORTS is a sister company of Alphamed Pharma Corp., a pharmaceutical marketing and distribution established in 2003 which caters to more than 500 customers including private & government hospitals, chain drug stores, clinic and LGU’s generating millions of pesos in sales. This association with Alphamed Pharma Corp. and its strategic partners (Health Source Alliance), ensures Amtol Pharma Imports a healthy distribution chain for its products.
